Healthcare paperwork, handled with you.
Upload a bill, denial, or assistance form. Advocate helps you understand it, prepare your response, and keep track of what happens next.
You create an account before uploading anything. We do not ask for health information on this page.
Help with bills, appeals and benefits
Household financial protection
Review possible billing discrepancies and unclaimed supplemental benefits in the same case as your other paperwork.
- Compares finalized EOBs, later bills and allocated payments
- Checks hospital indemnity and accident coverage against your certificate
- Keeps documented appeal deadlines and missing evidence visible
- Separates possible savings, documented reductions and money received
Medical bill review and dispute
Check a bill against your other paperwork and prepare a specific, evidenced dispute.
- Reads the bill and checks its arithmetic
- Compares it against your explanation of benefits
- Prepares an itemisation request and a dispute letter
- Tracks the response and records the real outcome
Insurance denial appeal
Turn a denial notice into an appeal built around the reason the insurer actually gave.
- Pulls out the claim, the reason and any stated deadline
- Builds an evidence checklist tied to that reason
- Drafts the appeal and a separate request for your clinician
- Keeps sent, delivered, acknowledged and decided apart
Hospital financial assistance
Work through a hospital’s published criteria and prepare the application properly.
- Matches your hospital to a reviewed policy
- Shows which criteria you meet and what is missing
- Fills the official form where we hold a validated mapping
- Prepares the submission and tracks the decision
You can also get guidance and prepare documents for medication costs, finding care and organising records. Each case shows which actions are available and what needs your review.
How it works
- Step 1
Upload one document
A photo of a bill is enough to start. You can add more later.
- Step 2
Confirm what we read
We show the amounts and dates we found, and where on the page each one came from.
- Step 3
Review the packet
You see the exact letter, the exact recipient and every attachment before anything is sent.
- Step 4
Follow it through
The case keeps its history, its deadlines and what is waiting on somebody else.
What Advocate will not do
Being clear about this up front is more useful than a longer feature list.
- We do not log in to patient portals or connect to your insurer’s systems.
- We do not make phone calls. Email and fax submission require configured delivery services, recipient acceptance and your approval. You can also download a packet to submit yourself.
- We do not give medical or legal advice, or write a medical-necessity letter in your clinician’s name.
- We do not pay, settle or negotiate a balance, and we do not sign anything on your behalf.
- We do not guarantee that an appeal will succeed or that a hospital will grant assistance.
- We cannot stop a collection notice or a deadline by asking for a review.
Your documents
Private by default
Files are stored privately and scanned before text extraction. Processing services may receive document content according to your consent settings. Submissions to providers or insurers require your approval of the exact content, recipient and delivery method.
Yours to take or delete
Export everything at any time, or delete a case or your whole account. Anything already sent to a provider or insurer is in their hands, which we cannot undo.
Advocate is not a law firm or a medical practice, does not give medical or legal advice, and cannot guarantee that any provider, insurer or program will accept a submission.
